Privacy policy
How we handle personal data — both yours as a Serviciing customer, and your customers’ as the people we send messages to on your behalf.

1. Who we are

2. Two kinds of data
Your data. Information about you and your business — name, service centre name, contact details, billing information and how you use the product.
Your customers’ data. Vehicle owner records you upload or create: name, mobile number, vehicle details and service history. You are the owner of this data. We process it only to deliver the service you have asked us to deliver.
3. What we do with it
- Deliver the product: reminders, appointment confirmations, service status updates, review requests.
- Produce your reports and dashboard.
- Provide support, billing and account administration.
- Improve the product using aggregated, non-identifying usage information.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share your customer list with other businesses. We do not use your customers’ details to market anything of our own to them.
4. Messaging consent
You confirm that the vehicle owners in your account have an existing service relationship with your business and may lawfully be contacted about their vehicle. Every message identifies your business and offers a way to stop receiving further messages. Opt-outs are applied permanently across your account.
5. Sharing with service providers
We use third parties to run the service — hosting, messaging delivery and payment processing. They receive only what is necessary and may not use it for their own purposes. [REVIEW: list your actual sub-processors here.]
6. Retention
We keep data for as long as your account is active. On written request we permanently delete your organisation’s data from production and backups within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep billing records.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored encrypted. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel and is logged. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you without undue delay of any breach affecting your data.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may export your organisation’s data at any time. Write to biz@arsaviva.com. [REVIEW: align with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and name a Data Protection Officer if required.]
9. Cookies
