Built for workshops that lose customers they already earned
Serviciing exists because good service centres kept losing customers for a reason that had nothing to do with the quality of their work.
The pattern we kept seeing
Sit with enough service centre owners and the same story repeats. The workmanship is good. The customers who come are happy. And yet the base is not growing the way the job numbers suggest it should.
When you look for the reason, it is almost never the workshop floor. It is the four months between one service and the next, where nothing happens at all. The customer forgets. Nobody calls, or somebody calls once and gets voicemail. By the time the vehicle needs attention, a workshop closer to their office has won a customer that another business paid to acquire.
Why calling stopped working
Every service centre we spoke to had tried to solve this with people. A calling executive, or a front-desk staff member doing follow-up between customers. It works, in the narrow sense that some customers get called. But it does not scale, it is not consistent, and it cannot be measured. A workshop servicing four hundred vehicles a month cannot call four hundred customers, so the follow-up that happens is whichever names were nearest the top of the list on a quiet afternoon.
Meanwhile the cost of that approach only goes one way. More customers means more calling staff, and none of it produces a number the owner can actually use.
What we decided to build
Serviciing is deliberately narrow. It does not do job cards, parts inventory or billing — there is good software for that, and most workshops already run it. What Serviciing does is the layer nobody owns: the reminder before the service, the booking, the updates during the job, the review request after, and the recovery attempt if the customer still does not come back.
Underneath all of it is one number we think every service centre owner should be able to see and rarely can: what share of last quarter’s customers came back this quarter.
Who we are
Serviciing is a product of Arsaviva Technologies Private Limited, a software company building practical tools for businesses that run on operations rather than screens. We are based in Guwahati, Assam, and we work with service centres across India.
We do our own demos and we answer our own phone. If Serviciing is not right for how your business runs, we will tell you on the first call rather than after the first invoice.
Come and test the claim
Book fifteen minutes and we will work out your actual repeat rate together. If the number is already healthy, you will have learned something useful and we will not have wasted your afternoon.
