Everything needed to make repeat business automatic
Serviciing is not a garage management system, and it is not trying to replace one. It does a single job completely: making sure the customer who serviced with you last time services with you next time.
Serviciing handles the entire customer engagement cycle around a service visit — the reminder before it, the booking, the updates during the job, the review request afterwards, and the win-back if the customer does not return. The owner sees all of it as one number: repeat rate.
Automated service due reminders
The reminder your customer needs, on the day they need it, without anyone dialling a number.
- Triggered by your service intervals and their last visit
- Multi-stage: advance notice, due date, then a follow-up
- Set intervals per vehicle type or model
Appointment booking & confirmation
Customers pick a slot from the message itself. No back-and-forth, no missed connections.
- Confirm, reschedule or request a slot in one tap
- Confirmed bookings land in your workshop calendar
- Plan bay capacity and manpower in advance
Live service status updates
Received, in progress, completed, ready. Your customer always knows, so nobody rings the front desk.
- Automatic update at every stage of the job
- Fewer status calls for your service advisor
- Delivery-ready alert the moment work finishes
Automatic review collection
Reviews requested at the moment satisfaction is highest — right after the customer collects the vehicle.
- Sent automatically on every delivered job
- Pointed at Google or the platform you choose
- Rating trend tracked in the dashboard
Lapsed customer win-back
Customers who miss their window are not written off. The system keeps working after a caller would have stopped.
- Automatic recovery sequence past the due window
- Separate messaging from a routine reminder
- Recovered customers reported back to you
Owner dashboard & reporting
One screen that answers whether your customer base is growing or quietly draining.
- Repeat rate month on month
- Service due pipeline for the weeks ahead
- Filter by location, vehicle type or period
Multi-location management
Every branch under one account, with one standard of follow-up and branch-by-branch comparison.
- Central control across all service centres
- Location-level access for branch managers
- Compare branches on repeat rate, not just revenue
Customer & vehicle database
A clean, searchable record of every customer, vehicle and service they have had with you.
- Imported from your DMS, Tally or an Excel sheet
- Full service history against every vehicle
- Exportable at any time — the data stays yours
Your name, your language
Every message goes out as your workshop, not as a software company the customer has never heard of.
- Templates carry your business name
- Regional language support
- Frequency capped and controlled by you
Role-based access
Owners, branch managers and service advisors each see what is relevant to them, and nothing more.
- Owner sees the whole business
- Branch managers see their own location
- Advisors see only their jobs
Reports & export
Anything on screen comes out as a spreadsheet, for any date range you choose.
- Excel and CSV export
- Reminder, appointment and review reports
- Included on every plan
Recovered revenue tracking
The number that answers the only question worth asking: is this paying for itself?
- Customers who returned after a reminder
- Value of recovered services
- Reminder-to-appointment conversion
Serviciing against what you are doing now
Most service centres are not choosing between two software products. They are choosing between a system and a person with a phone.
A calling executive
Reaches a fraction of your customers, on their good days. Costs a salary every month whether or not the calls got made, takes leave, and leaves with everything they knew about your customers.
An Excel reminder sheet
Accurate on the day it was made. Nobody updates it during a busy week, and it cannot tell you which customers it actually reached or what came of it.
Your DMS alone
Excellent at recording what you did. Built around job cards, parts and invoices — not around the customer who has not come back in seven months.
Serviciing is deliberately narrow. If you need job cards, parts inventory and billing, keep your DMS — Serviciing imports from it and runs alongside. What it adds is the follow-up layer that neither a DMS nor a calling team reliably delivers.
Your name on every message, and your hand on the frequency
The fastest way to damage a customer relationship is to over-message it. Serviciing is built to make that hard.
A reminder, a booking confirmation, status updates during the job, and one review request. Each has a reason to exist.
Nothing sends outside the limits you configure, no matter what the service schedule says.
A customer who asks to stop hearing from you stops, permanently, across every branch.
Templates in the language your customers read, not a translation of a template written for another market.
Messages go out during hours a customer will not resent, not at 6 AM because that is when a job finished.
Customers, vehicles and full service history come out as a spreadsheet whenever you ask.
Questions about the product
No, and it is not trying to. Most DMS platforms are built to record what you did — job cards, parts, invoices. Serviciing works on what happens next. It sits alongside your existing system, imports customers and vehicles from it, and handles the follow-up your DMS was never designed to do.
Message frequency is capped and controlled by you. A customer typically hears from Serviciing about four times per service cycle — a reminder, an appointment confirmation, status updates while the vehicle is with you, and one review request. Every message has a clear reason to exist. There is no promotional blast, and customers can opt out at any point.
Very little. Service status updates are triggered as your team marks the job through its normal stages. Everything else — reminders, review requests, win-back — runs without anyone touching it.
